Everything you need to know before, during and after your tattoo experience with Lady Jane. This isn’t here to scare you — it’s here to make sure our time together is smooth and safe.

Client agreement

By booking with Lady Jane Tattoo & Art, you agree that you are:

  • 18+ and able to provide ID
  • Sober, aware and in a good state of mind
  • Understanding that tattoos are permanent
  • Responsible for following aftercare instructions

Booking & appointments

Booking is simple — reach out, talk with me, choose a date, and we’re set. Please:

  • Arrive on time
  • Eat before you come, and bring snacks & water
  • Tell me if you’re nervous — I’m here to help
  • Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule

Deposits & cancellations

  • Bookings require a deposit
  • Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your final price
  • You may reschedule once, with notice
  • No-shows without communication lose the deposit

Designs & art ownership

  • All designs are created just for you
  • Custom designs remain part of my artistic portfolio
  • Your tattoo may be photographed, with your permission, for my page
  • Designs may not be shared with another artist to tattoo

Tattoo day rules

  • No extra guests unless discussed
  • No alcohol or drugs
  • No heavy gym sessions right before
  • Tell me about allergies or medical conditions
  • Come with clean skin and comfortable clothes

Aftercare & responsibility

I will give you clear aftercare instructions, and you are responsible for following them. Improper aftercare can affect healing, colour, texture and the final result. If something feels wrong, contact me — I’m here to help.

Privacy & personal info

Your details stay safe. Anything you send me — photos, messages, forms — is used only for booking, designing and communicating with you.

The artist’s right to refuse

I reserve the right to decline any design or session that:

  • Goes against health or safety
  • Doesn’t align with my style
  • Is offensive, racist or hateful
  • Puts you or me at risk
